This building is not yet a protected heritage property. Visitors to Third Avenue United Church are always welcome. Come to the office door Tues-Fri 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and ring the buzzer. The staff will show you the building and you are free to take pictures or just enjoy this beautiful gothic church designed of Semmes of Winnipeg. Services are Sunday's at 10:30 where you can hear the amazing casavant pipe organ.

  • Brevoort Park North, gulrich wrote 15 years ago:
Until the late 2000s, there was a large toboggan hill in the east end of the park. This was removed when the park was rebuilt in the late 2000s. Also of note were the Participaction fitness stations that were constructed in the early 70s, also removed in the late 2000s. The park featured a 1km track for jogging or skiing.
