Among the top Saskatoon suburban parks. A pond, creek, differing elevation, and well lit for those evening strolls. Could use more trees though.

Actually, building was damaged by arson in early 2006. Was rumoured to be committed by proprietor of a small restaurant belonging to the mall.

In 1910, it was named "Rolly Nite Club". In 1984, it renamed Andrew & Buckwold's (A & B) Sound. In April 2005, it was vacant.
